Hotzone

Hot zones for high-temperature processes

At working temperatures between 900 °C and 2000 °C, our metallic hot zones made from refractory metals could ensure temperature uniformity, purity of process and energy consumption .

We used  high purity Mo, MoLa and TZM to fabricate our hotzone to ensure less deformation,  TZM will be used to fabricate load rack which could stand under 1400°C with high mechanical strength.  

For high temperature above 1800°C, Tungsten will be the ideal material for our hotzone.
